Øystein Rushfeldt, M.Sc.
CEO
Øystein Rushfeldt is a mining engineer with 28 years of experience from various positions in Norwegian and international mining companies.
Employed as technical director and Sauda Plant manager of Eramet Norway AS during 2008-09. During 2004 – 08 managing director of Titania AS a major manufacturer of titanium feedstock. Before that he worked for 8 years at Hustadmarmor AS (now owned by Omea AG) as production engineer, production manager and operations manager, and for 8 years as process engineer at AS Sydvaranger, Norway’s then largest iron ore company.
Rushfeldt is a graduate of the Norwegian Polytechnical University, Trondheim (now NTNU)
Rushfeldt has served as president and chairman of the Norwegian Mining Association.
Alexander Krogh, CFA
CFO
Alexander Krogh has 20 years of extensive CFO experience from A.P Møller – Mærsk residing in Asia, Mid East and Europe, in addition to the financing and stock listing of North Energy ASA.
He is a Master of Finance candidate from NHH and CFA charterholder.
Odd Henning Groven
Project Manager
In-depth knowledge and expertise in Engineering, purchasing, fabrication and installation of process plants, on- and offshore industry. Operation and maintenance management of process plants, administration and management experience of multidisciplinary teams. Management experience from operating Engineering companies.
Simen A. Grane, M.Sc
Interim Mine Manager
Simen Grane is a graduate from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) with a M.Sc in engineering geotechnology. His specialization is on strategic mine planning and real option analysis in mining projects.
Ørjan Fjelde
Mine Manager Advisor
Ørjan is a post graduate from NTNU in Trondheim, Norway (2005), and has extensive work experience in the mining industry in Norway and abroad. Ørjan started working in the mining industry in 1993.
Ørjan has worked at numerous locations, including; Store Norske Spitsbergen (operator, supervisor, production engineer, mine technician), Anglo Coal Moranbah, Australia (mine technician), Sydvaranger Gruve, Norway (superintendent, mine manager), OMYA Hustadmarmor Hammerfall, Norway (plant manager), LNS, Norway (site manager).
Ørjan has led teams ranging in size from 5 to 190 persons over the last 20 years and has gained considerable knowledge both in short term and long term mine planning.
Arnstein Amundsen
Environmental Manager
Arnstein Amundsen is a graduate from NTNU within metallurgy and mineral separation. Amundsen has more than 40 years of experience from the Norwegian mineral separation industry practicing sea tailing deposition.
He was employed at Titania AS for 15 years and at Omyas Hustadmarmor AS for 18 years in several positions within research, development, production, laboratory, quality control and HSEQ.
Helge Rushfeldt, M.Tech
Process, Permits and HSEQ Advisor
Helge Rushfeldt has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry in Norway and abroad. He has a master in mineral processing from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2002.
He is now the General Manager of Promin AS and have previously been a Process Manager at Hustadmarmor AS, Production Manager at Norwegian Talc AS and R&D engineer at Titania AS.
Helge has been President and Vice President of the Norwegian Mining Association from 2012 – 2015 and the leader of Bergringen, an industry / University / Student collaboration organisation, from 2008 – 2011.
Helge is the cowriter of a Norwegian book on health, safety and environment in the mining industry, published in 2020.
Kjell Nilsen, PhD
Senior Exploration Geologist
Kjell Nilsen is a Senior Exploration geologist with extensive experience from Norway and other places. Kjell Nilsen was the one who discovered the Nussir ore some decades ago. Kjell is currently working at Promin AS.
Frode Lillebakk, El.Eng.
Energy Systems Advisor
Frode Lillebakk has more than 20 years of experience from industry, automation systems and general management systems.
Frode Lillebakk is also certified in EFNMS maintenance management. Maintenance management with long experience with implementation and use of maintenance programs. Solid business process and industrial knowledge. Has practiced modern maintenance methods and LEAN elements since 2003. He is now the general manager of BRE Digital AS and has built up his experience in the mineral industry from Omya Hustadmarmor.
Torbjørn Sellæg
Civil Consultant
Torbjørn Sellæg has a master degree in engineering geology from NTNU. He has six years’ experience from managerial positions at different construction contractors, five years’ experience from Brønnøy Kalk open pit mine as a general manager, and five years’ experience as a consultant and regional manager at Sweco Steinkjer.
He has varied experience from mining, geology, geotechnics, construction activities, roadbuilding, dam building and tunneling.
He is very experienced in management, board work og project execution from the mining industry.
